Introduction to Isobel Brown Personal Training

Background

Hi, I’m Isobel. I went to a ballet school and loved my dancing and training.

Throughout my life I have continued to working out in lots of different ways and still continue to try new ways of exercising

I’m passionate about health and fitness, feeling energised and wanted to share my enjoyment and the benefits that exercise and mobility brings.

It was an obvious step for me to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. My training includes using the outdoor space as well as home workouts.

I am certified in Exercise Referral, so qualified to take on medical conditions, we can reduce medication if appropriate. Also joint replacement trained – that’s before and after surgery. I have studied back care and women’s health as well. I love tackling all those aches and pains!

My Approach

The most important aspect for me is my client’s enjoyment and fun. We work out together doing one to one personal training, I actually train with you - either 1-1 or even 2-3’s (small group personal training). Each session will be different and designed around you, your level and how you might feel from day to day!

I will keep you motivated and support you through by staying in regular contact; advising on any nutritional needs, helping you to make the right food choices enjoyable for you.

Benefits of Exercise

Exercise brings so many benefits at any stage in life. In the last few years I’ve worked on 14 year old to 87 years. For me, being fit is a long term goal enabling us to keep up with our children, run upstairs and to remain independent, carry the shopping and walking stick free! Maintaining you muscle mass and bone density is so important as is enjoying a full life like my mother did into her 90’s.

Let’s do it! I can show you how!
